- Keep a change of clothes in your car including sturdy shoes for walking
- Keep a copy of all prescription medications in your purse or wallet
- Keep at least a 72-hour supply of prescription medications in your desk or locker. Take pictures of your prescription bottles with your smart phone in case you need to have a new prescription written you will be able to know the type, dosage, and brand of medications you take.
- Have a few cans of non-perishable foods such as soups in your desk or locker along with a can opener
- Have a copy of your families plan so you will know what everyone is supposed to do
- Flashlight and extra batteries
Non-prescription drugs:
- Aspirin or non-aspirin pain reliever
- Anti-diarrhea medication
- Antacid
- Laxative
- Scissors
- Tweezers
- Tube of petroleum jelly or other lubricant
