Nicole serves as an Instructional Technologist for the Division of eLearning and Professional Studies. Prior to joining the UAB eLearning Team, Nicole worked as a high school English teacher. In her role as an Instructional Technologist, Nicole assists in training faculty, creates instructional guides for UAB educational technologies, and provides technical support for UAB’s academic technologies.

Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in English from Spring Hill College, and a master’s degree in Writing, Rhetoric, and Media from Clemson University.
