Applying to UAB is the first step to any undergraduate program in the UAB School of Education and Human Sciences. Learn about admission requirements and deadlines and complete your application.
Once you have been admitted and declared a major within the School of Education and Human Sciences, you will be assigned an academic advisor who will help guide you through your program of study. Your advisor will assist you in the selection of your courses and help you to identify program and degree requirements.

Students applying for master's, educational specialist, doctoral, or certificate programs within the School of Education and Human Sciences must apply through the UAB Graduate School.

The UAB School of Education and Human Sciences provides general scholarship opportunities to incoming and currently enrolled students through the Blazer Scholarship Management And Resource Tool (BSMART). BSMART allows students to easily search for scholarships and review requirements to determine eligibility, and ultimately apply.
