Student Counseling Services will offer Alcohol Awareness screenings at locations around UAB's campus on Thursday, April 6 from 12:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m.

On Thursday students, faculty, and staff can complete screenings and talk to UAB health care providers and counselors about issues related to alcohol, binge drinking, and addiction. The goal is to bring awareness to alcohol abuse on college campuses, and to provide resources to those affected as well as their family and friends.

Screening locations include: Campus Recreation, New Freshman Residence Hall, Hill Student Center, Commons on the Green, North Pavilion, Education Building, and Employee Assistance & Counseling Center . This event is sponsored by Student Counseling Services and Employee Assistance and Counseling Center.
