On Monday, UAB Campus Dining hosted a Valentine’s Day lunch for students at the Commons on the Green. The dining team dressed up the Commons eating and serving area with love-themed decorations to celebrate the festive holiday with students. UAB Campus Dining’s Marketing Director, Derrick Williams, described the event as a “celebration of love…with fun (and) some treats for the students.” 

Students had the opportunity to partake in a variety of themed foods, games, and various take-home prizes. Emily Isaacson, a representative from General Mills gave out hearty-healthy prizes and swag to students to highlight February as American Heart Month.
