On Wednesday, Feb. 7 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., come out to the 14th Annual Step Up to Wellness Health and Wellness Fair presented by the Alabama Vaccine Research Clinic. The Campus Recreation Center Four Court gym will display a variety of health and wellness vendors from campus departments and vendors throughout the community.

All vendors will be providing information and/or interactive activities. Come receive a free vision screening with the Schaeffer Eye Center, participate in a blood drive with Lifestyle Community Blood Centers, get free samples from Whole Foods, and more. On top of getting informed on how you can live a healthier lifestyle, you can also win one of the giveaway prizes selected throughout the event.
