University of Alabama at Birmingham Campus Dining has announced several summer operational updates for dining locations across campus for June.

Beginning Monday, June 1, Panera Bread in the Hill Student Center will reopen following a temporary closure tied to an operational transition aimed at enhancing the dining experience. The location will operate weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

At the same time, Starbucks in the Hill Student Center will temporarily close for renovations beginning June 1. Meanwhile, the Starbucks location in Mervyn H. Sterne Library will reopen June 1 with weekday hours from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Campus Dining officials advised that the updates are part of continued efforts to improve dining operations and expand services for the UAB community.
