What is the broad focus of your research?
Statistical Genetics/Genomics.
Where did you receive your training and degrees?
Mathematics Department, University of Notre Dame. MS and PhD.
What is the most exciting project you are currently working on?
I am currently engaged in several projects, all of which are highly exciting and meaningful, making it difficult to highlight just one, much like trying to choose a favorite among your children.
What is your favorite self-authored manuscript?

What professional accomplishment are you most proud of so far in your career?
I am proud of everything I have done so far.
What is the coolest training or program you've been a part of, or your favorite conference you've attended?
I had several NIH-funded short courses on Statistical Genetics/Genomics (R25s) and T32s as a PI.
If you weren't in academia, what would your career be?
Fine artist.
