BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will conduct a free Community Express Loan Clinic 2-3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, in Room 202 at 1055 S. 11th St. Qualifications for the Small Business Administration-backed loans will be explained, and applications for the loans will be available.
