BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Career Services will host a Part-Time Job Fair 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, at the UAB Hill University Center, Great Hall, 1400 University Blvd.

The event is open to UAB students and to alumni who graduated from UAB after July 2007. Representatives from Birmingham-area companies, non-profit agencies and UAB departments will be on hand to meet with applicants.

UAB Career Services also will host a Fall Career Fair 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, at the UAB Campus Recreation Center, 1501 University Blvd. The event is open to UAB students seeking information about internships and full-time employment. Alumni who graduated after August 2007 also are welcome. The event will feature recruiters representing companies and non-profit organizations around the Southeast.
