Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual Research on Calculus Kinetics (R.O.C.K.) Society meeting that was scheduled in Birmingham, AL, was held virtually Friday and Saturday, May 21-22, 2021.
Dean Assimos, M.D., president of the R.O.C.K. Society, welcomed researchers across the U.S. via Zoom. Clinical and scientific presentations followed Friday and Saturday.

2021 R.O.C.K. Society Presidential Award
Ross Holmes, Ph.D., professor in the Department of Urology, received the 2021 R.O.C.K. Society Presidential Award for his above and beyond service to the society.
