Eight faculty members in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurobiology have received promotions and/or tenure, effective Oct. 1, 2024.

Drummond Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurobiology. 

The recently promoted and/or tenured faculty members are as follows: 

 Badari Birur, M.D. - Promoted to Professor

Aaron Fobian, Ph.D. - Promoted to Professor 

Junghee Lee, Ph.D. - Promoted to Professor and Received Tenure 

Li Li, M.D., Ph.D. - Promoted to Professor 

Kristine Lokken, Ph.D. - Promoted to Professor 

Minae Niwa, Ph.D. - Received Tenure 

Brittney Randolph, Ph.D. - Promoted to Associate Professor 

Justin Thomas, Ph.D. - Received Tenure
