Originally from Morris County, New Jersey, Stecher attended Post University in Connecticut, where she furthered her education and developed the strong organizational and administrative skills she brings to her role today.

Stecher is a proud mother of two adult children and a loving grandmother to two grandchildren, who are the center of her world. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, creating special memories, and cheering on her favorite NFL team, the Green Bay Packers. In her free time, Stecher can often be found enjoying Hallmark movies, relaxing with loved ones, and appreciating life's simple pleasures.

Known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to helping others, Stecher is excited to join the Department of Neurosurgery and looks forward to contributing to the team while building meaningful connections with her colleagues.
