Dr. Riley directs the Neurosurgical Pituitary Disorders Clinic. This clinic was founded in 1988 to provide multidisciplinary evaluation and treatment for patients with pituitary tumors. Patients are seen by both a neurosurgeon and an endocrinologist, Dr. Brooks Vaughan or Dr. Alexandra Dodd. Patients are able to have their neurosurgical and endocrine issues related to pituitary disease addressed in a single clinic visit. A fantastic team provides in clinic endocrine testing and individualized patient care and follow up. For patients requiring surgery, Dr. Riley performs minimally invasive endoscopic surgery.

In addition to endoscopic pituitary surgery, Dr. Riley also performs expanded approach endoscopic surgery for the anterior skull base for a variety of pathologies.

Dr. Riley also specializes in the treatment of primary brain tumors, metastatic tumors to the brain, meningiomas and other intracranial neoplasms. These diseases are addressed using the most advanced imaging and a comprehensive treatment plan is derived which may include stereotactic biopsy, surgical resection, LITT or radiosurgery.
