All students must own a personal laptop computer that meets or exceeds the minimum acceptable requirements.

Laptops will be used for the following:

• Accessing and downloading various online curriculum resources
• Generating documents and presentations
• Taking exams
• Participating in remote educational activities
• Accessing electronic medical records

Laptop Minimum System Requirements

• Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) version 22H2 or later
    • CPU: 1Ghz non-ARM based processor
    • TPM chip required
    • Alternate versions of Windows 10 and 11, such as RT, 10 S, and 11 S, are not supported.
  • Apple MacOS: 12 (Monterey), 13 (Ventura), or 14 (Sonoma)
    • CPU: Intel or M series processor.
  • Linux or Android based laptops, Chromebooks, and tablets are not supported.
  • Microsoft Surface Pro and Microsoft Surface Laptops are supported.
  • Microsoft Surface Go products are not supported.
  • Cross-platform virtual machines are not supported.
• RAM: 8GB or more
• Hard drive: 256GB or more
• Wireless networking capabilities
• Screen resolution: 1280 x 768 or higher
• Administrator level account permissions
