In 2020, we have not only endured unthinkable suffering and loss, we have also experienced times of caring and brilliance.

In this annual State of the Department presentation, I review the ways we have risen to the challenge of a worldwide pandemic, how we have responded to systemic racism, and how we have pulled together to care for ourselves and our community in unprecedented ways.

I simply cannot say it enough. Thank you all for the inspiring, brave, collaborative work you do every day to advance our mission. Together, we advance the health and well-being of society.
