Adobe may be taking podcasting to the next level — using AI to help improve your audio.
Adobe Podcast, still in beta testing, takes away waveforms. It is powered by Premiere Pro’s text-to-speech technology and lets users visualize the words similarly to a Word document. This allows for an easier editing experience — you can edit the words instead of the wave.
If you record your audio with others in different places, you can share a link and all your audio files come together in the cloud. When you record in the software, the AI increases the clarity of your voice while removing any background noises.
Adobe Podcast has two other interesting features, with more to come. The “Mic Check” AI lets you know exactly where the sweet spot is so you can record the best audio. All you have to do is turn your microphone on and the screen will tell you if you need to move your set up closer or further away. Another feature is templates built within the software. They make it easy for anyone to use whether you are a beginner or pro in the podcast world.
