Birthe joined the Harbert Institute team as a communications student assistant in 2023. She is currently a junior working on her bachelor's in finance with a concentration in real estate at UAB.

Birthe is an international student-athlete from Norway, and she is also the school record holder for shot put at UAB. As a student assistant, Birthe works alongside our marketing and communications manager to assist with managing the Institute’s social media accounts as well as taking the lead on various ongoing projects.

In her free time Birthe enjoys spending time working on track and field skills, going for hikes, and being with family and friends.
