Jianyi “Jay” Zhang, M.D., Ph.D., T. Michael and Gillian Goodrich Endowed Chair of Engineering, recently visited Hanoi, Vietnam, June 19-21, where he delivered a seminar on “Neonatal Heart Regeneration and Graft Associated Arrythmia in Large Mammals.”
Zhang also facilitated a round-table discussion with trainees and junior faculty regarding postdoctoral and graduate education opportunities. As the Chair of the Council of Basic Cardiovascular Science AHA, he met with key officers from the Vietnamese Heart Association, enhancing the relationship between the two national associations.
