Aidan King, a senior materials engineering student, is the featured student in AFS Student Chapter Digest, a quarterly newsletter for AFS student members that was launched earlier this month.

The newsletter's purpose is to feature student chapter group activities and individuals as well as to remind students of upcoming opportunities and benefits offered with AFS membership. The feature introducing King states that she "is Vice President for AFS Birmingham Student Chapter, involved in organizing events and tours, engaging in proactive outreach to provide opportunities to students, and establishing a meaningful connection between students and industry. Aidan is interning at Hubbel Power Systems' Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op.
