Research Interests
My research centers on gene by environment interactions within adolescent populations. I explore how genetic predispositions coupled with early environmental factors influence various health outcomes and behaviors. I also do research on the impact of different environmental stressors on epigenetic age and on the epigenetic pace of aging in adolescence and emerging adulthood. Through my research, I aim to contribute to the increase in interventions and treatments that are informed by individual genetic susceptibility and environmental contexts.
