Chemistry graduate student Clarissa L. Weaver won first place in the 2014 Structural Biology Symposium Poster Competition. The meeting took place at the new Edge of Chaos on October 8, 2014. This award included a prize of 250 dollars. Pictured with Clarissa is Dr. Charles E. Bugg, Professor Emeritus in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics at UAB.
