I chose UAB because
UAB felt like home. Immediately when I come here, I feel at peace, and that was something I wanted to hold on to.

Biggest college/adult related fear you have overcome at UAB?
I have learned that in order to find myself, I have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, and it’s been the best lesson I’ve ever learned! Because of this, I have become more independent and comfortable with being alone.
